💳 Payment and Cancellation Policy

Immediately after your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price
must be paid to our bank account.

Cancellation more than 10 days before arrival

If you decide to cancel your stay more than ten days before the planned arrival date,
your deposit will be refunded in full.

The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before your arrival,
and the funds must be credited to our account by that date.

Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival

If you cancel your stay less than ten days before your planned arrival,
the deposit already paid is non-refundable.

If we have to cancel your stay from our side, we will
refund the full amount you have already paid.

Minimum age

The minimum age for booking the apartment is 18 years.
