When you submit an accommodation enquiry through the form on this website,
we process the data that you provide to us, in particular:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • requested arrival and departure dates,
  • number of guests,
  • any additional information you voluntarily include in your message.

If your enquiry subsequently results in a reservation and stay,
we may also process additional personal data that is necessary for
entering into and performing the accommodation contract and for
complying with our legal obligations.

3. Why We Process Your Personal Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Handling enquiries and communication before a reservation

We use the information provided in the enquiry form to process your request,
check the availability of your requested dates and communicate with you.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into
a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Entering into and performing the accommodation contract

If a reservation is made, we process personal data to the extent necessary
to arrange the reservation and provide the accommodation.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract pursuant to
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Compliance with legal obligations

We are required to process and retain certain personal data under applicable
laws, in particular in connection with accounting, tax and other statutory
record-keeping obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

Protection of our rights and legal claims

Where necessary, we may retain personal data for the purpose of protecting
our rights and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Personal data obtained through the enquiry form is not used for sending

Data from an enquiry that does not result in a reservation is retained
only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any related
communication, but no longer than 12 months from the last communication.

If a reservation and stay take place, we retain personal data for the
duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for as long as
necessary to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Accounting, tax and other documents are retained for the periods required
by applicable law.

5. Who May Have Access to Your Personal Data

We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own
marketing purposes.

Personal data may be accessed, to the extent necessary, by service providers
who ensure the operation of the website, web hosting, e-mail services,
technical website administration or other services necessary for operating
the website and handling reservations.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities where we are
required to do so by law.

6. Accommodation Enquiry Form

The enquiry form on this website is used to submit a non-binding
accommodation enquiry.


Submitting the form does not automatically create a binding reservation.

We will subsequently confirm the availability of your requested dates
by e-mail.

The information entered in the form is used only for processing your enquiry,
subsequent communication and, where applicable, entering into and performing
the accommodation contract.

A separate consent to the processing of personal data is not required
for submitting an enquiry, as the data is processed for the purpose of
responding to your request and potentially entering into a contract.

7. Cookies

This website may use technical cookies that are necessary for its proper
operation, security and basic functionality.

We do not use visitors‘ personal data for targeted advertising
or marketing profiling.

If we introduce analytical, marketing or other optional cookies in the future,
this information will be updated accordingly and, where required by law,
such cookies will be used only after obtaining the visitor’s prior consent.
